I am a certified concert addict. I check every week for upcoming concerts, I am subscribed to countless bands email lists along with many other sources of upcoming shows. I just LOVE live music. There is something so special about being in the moment with a musician and room full of people that have the same level of love for the art as you do. It is also a great way to be in the times and create memories that are exclusive to that season of your life and the culture at that very moment. On top of all that, anything can happen at a show. You might hear a special song never played before by that artist, you might walk away disappointed or inspired, you get to experience something unlike a movie or art gallery (IMO). Music has a way of making you jump, sit, stare, relax or overwhelm you without a moments notice.
The concerts below are in no particular order but they are some of my favorite concerts. These shows are all wildly different but one thread is the same in all of them, I received something from the artist that day. In each of these shows, I felt as though the artist gave it their all and blessed the audience with a gift of music and God breathed on these moments.
